Built Rely, a provisioning reliability dashboard for HPE's hybrid cloud (prototype ahead of Morpheus integration). Designed a 0–100 reliability index with cascade-failure deduplication, resource-aware outlier detection and capacity-risk scoring, backed by a Python simulator of 2,500 hosts and VMs with a staged failure pipeline.

Architected production-grade on-demand logistics platform (Porter-like) connecting customers with verified drivers. Built real-time driver assignment with Redis geospatial caching and BullMQ job queues. Developed cross-platform Flutter apps with live GPS tracking and turn-by-turn navigation.

Built a mobile app for dentists to manage patients, appointments, and records efficiently. Integrated SVG-based animations, payment APIs, and secure digital authentication.

Contributed to an AI-powered automotive parts platform transforming the search and purchase experience. Developed full-stack features using Flask, PostgreSQL, React (Vite), and Shadcn/UI. Built intelligent search with CNNs, FAISS vector indexing, and Transformers.

Contributed to zulip-flutter, an open source threaded team chat app used by thousands of organizations worldwide. Submitted multiple PRs improving UI/UX, fixing bugs, and enhancing app functionality across the codebase. Collaborated with global developers through rigorous code reviews and issue discussions, adhering to the project's high engineering standards.

Progressed from Sublead to Lead of the app development vertical at BetaLabs, IIIT Kottayam. Built and shipped a full-stack event management app for college club events using Flutter and Firebase, improving event coordination and student participation. As Lead, drove technical strategy, mentored junior developers, conducted code reviews, and oversaw cross-functional projects spanning mobile and web.
